To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. You can also email us at it take us 24 hours to response (close weekdays after 5pm and weekends) 

If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your package is undeliverable and/or returned to us due to non delivery/return to sender. It will be YOUR responsibility to PAY for postage to have the package shipped again. Failure to pay within 2 days of receiving postage invoice email, will result in the item(s) being restocked and a store credit will be issued minus a 5% restocking fee. 


Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact UPS or USPS directly, Ikonik Kollection does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered and or signed for We are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local UPS or USPS store and open a claim.

  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We are not held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes and UPS as our main shipping courier. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
